As users of Procore® Financial Management tools*, we’ve learned the value of taking regular Budget snapshots to analyze our Projects’ economic performance, especially when aggregating a Work In Progress (WIP) report. However, the manual process of creating snapshots one project at a time became tedious and time-consuming. We address the chore of creating snapshots with Budget$nap.
From the user-friendly Budget$nap dashboard, you can securely schedule and manage snapshots across all your Projects—or on an individual basis—using a coherent naming convention. Our detailed logs provide real-time feedback, ensuring you stay informed throughout the process.
Pricing is based on the number of active Projects in your Procore Portfolio. Available now for a limited introductory-priced subscription of $99.95 per month for 20 projects. Additional Project Packs are available in sets of 10, 20, or 50. A one-time setup fee is $99.95/per Procore Portfolio is required.
